The best tip i ever got for ebay is to spell things slightly wrong, like wedgEwood, or celEdon. Sometimes people type things in wrong or don't know enough to spell it right, so you can really score a good deal.
Great search terms and PD is absolutely right -- misspellings often result in overlooked items and often signal an ignorant seller.
Meg-You are so right. This is a great tip.
Averill-A good example of ignorance is bliss.
Bless you!!!! I am just chomping at the bit to start redecorating (moving soon). Just picked out my main plan yesterday - and of course there's loads of chinoiserie! This will be SUCH a help. Thanks!

SF-How fun to have a new place to decorate. I had so much fun when Kate moved into her first apartment 2 years ago! I need a new place to do!
Allsion-The photo is a great example of finding things you love and putting them together in a fresh, unique way.
Thank you so much for this great list.I am going to file it right away.
CC-Hope it comes in handy!
Excellent - Thanks!
MLHP-Thanks!
Great list! What a good idea because I never would have thought to search for half of those things.
Abby-You have to think outside the box a little because unsophisticated sellers don't know the correct words to use.
