Yes, I loved Twilight and I think Edward is beyond gorgeous, but is this book cover the epitome of Chinoiserie chic or what? Just ignore the drop of blood!
Never read the books, but I do love the covers -- very chic. You know, Erin over at EofS posted quite the lengthy apology for the series today. You ladies make a compelling case!
Edward is indeed beyond gorgeous! Yes, it does look very chinoiserie, come to think of it, but if you hadn't pointed it out, it'd never have occurred to me!
I grew up in Europe and Lake Forest, Illinois. After graduating from The Ferry Hall School, Bryn Mawr College, and George Washington University Law School, I practiced law in Washington, D.C. Now I am finally devoting my time to two of my great passions - interior design and Chinoiserie.

Averill-At least rent the movie Twilight. I need this for my cocktail table.
