Red, White and Blue Chinoiserie

These rooms demonstrate beautifully that the classic combination of red, white, and blue works perfectly with Chinoiserie influenced decor. The pool area above by Ashley Whittaker from House Beautiful combines Chinese Chippendale railing, Chinese garden stools, and very Zen chaises with this color scheme. The white kitchen below from Domino Magazine gets Chinoiserie pizazz from its blue and white china and accessories and chairs with red and white check and red and white Chinoiserie toile.

Two more great red, white, and blue examples from Domino Magazine. The white klismos chair, blue and white rug and pillow, and red stool create a lovely vignette. The kitchen below with its exuberant use of Indian inspired red, white, and blue fabric and blue and white Chinese porcelains is a great way to dress up an all white kitchen, even a rental.
