The Reveal

Here it is! Since my daughter Kate moved to her own apartment in Georgetown two years ago, I decided it was time I stopped calling this room "Kate's Bedroom." With the addition of the Annie Selke gold leaf pagoda bed, the $55.00 Chinese Chippendale chair from Lucketts I painted in Farrow & Ball Skylight and covered in Cowtan & Tout fabric from eBay, the silk paintings above the bed from eBay, and some relocated items from my home, the room has now been rechristened "The Pagoda Bedroom." But when I get my flat screen television in there tomorrow, it may be renamed "The escape from football to watch Madmen and HGTV bedroom." 12. Room Service-I was never a blue room fan either. I inherited this Schumacher wallpaper when we bought the house ten years ago, and now I love it.

  15. Granny Smith Green-Thanks for stopping by. I like how the wallpaper continues into the bathroom. The balloon shade fabric is a Ralph Lauren toile that coordinates beautifully with the Schumacher wallpaper.
