For those who prefer a white or neutral palette in decorating, add a dose of Chinoiserie for that WOW factor that so often this color scheme lacks. Here are some wonderful examples for inspiration.
Beautiful photos. I especially love the foyer photo and the laundry room....I think my laundry room is crying for some love. Your blog was recently recommended to me...glad I've found it!
Love the first and second to last image in particular. Now I'm thinking I need some framed wallpaper over my bathroom (maybe I can install it behind the towel rack?!).
The bathroom is my favorite one...although I do love all the other images you posted! There is something about that bathroom that is just so open and big! I hope someday I can have one that big and decorated so nicely!
I grew up in Europe and Lake Forest, Illinois. After graduating from The Ferry Hall School, Bryn Mawr College, and George Washington University Law School, I practiced law in Washington, D.C. Now I am finally devoting my time to two of my great passions - interior design and Chinoiserie.

Love that huge, blue & white ginger jar water dispenser in the kitchen. I recall seeing something similar in a Horchow mag months back.
