I know that all of us in the interior design blogosphere are at a loss for words over the tragic loss of Marija Stephens of Holding Court over the weekend. Marija was in a fatal car accident on July 10, 2010 returning from an antiquing trip to Atlanta. Marija and I had an instant connection as Chicagoans (I was raised in Lake Forest) and attorneys turned interior designers. Our thoughts are with her husband and children. i am so terribly sorry for the loss of this woman's life. i did not know her or read her blog but she was a beautiful person who will be tragically missed. this reminds us all how fragile life is.
i will pray for her and her family.
