Although a blue and yellow palette has never been a favorite of mine (perhaps a bit too country and cheery for my tastes), once again make it a Chinoiserie version and I love it.
I tend to think "Provence" being yellow and blue. I do love the de Gourney paper...so soft! The William Eubanks photo is luscious! (all that gilding didn't hurt!)
Mr Eubanks continues to knock my socks off! Love your beautiful Chinoiserie table (I am STILL lusting over those place mats!) and the fantastic hurricanes! Thanks for sending me into the weekend with this beautiful eye candy.
I grew up in Europe and Lake Forest, Illinois. After graduating from The Ferry Hall School, Bryn Mawr College, and George Washington University Law School, I practiced law in Washington, D.C. Now I am finally devoting my time to two of my great passions - interior design and Chinoiserie.
Please visit me at my other blog Style Redux-a blog about great style in fashion, interior design, and a bit of everything else. It may be vintage or new, budget or designer. It's all about living a life of style.

I like the Blue & Yellow combination when the yellow is paler and the blue is darker. Lovely.
