My daughter Kate has been decorating her apartment for the holidays and I thought you'd like to take a peek. She uses great colors and lots of Chinoiserie. Don't you love her coral pink Christmas tree and her bar cart?
What a fun tree! Love how she used the pom-pom/ball fringe as garland. And that bar cart is so smart. She is all ready now for a party! Makes me realize how much I still have left to do!
I grew up in Europe and Lake Forest, Illinois. After graduating from The Ferry Hall School, Bryn Mawr College, and George Washington University Law School, I practiced law in Washington, D.C. Now I am finally devoting my time to two of my great passions - interior design and Chinoiserie.
Please visit me at my other blog Style Redux-a blog about great style in fashion, interior design, and a bit of everything else. It may be vintage or new, budget or designer. It's all about living a life of style.

This is fun and festive. That table with the Buddha head on it is what I have been looking for. Love all of it.
Love it!! This would make for a fabulous, fun party!
Love her tree and the bar cart! Dot napkins are adorable too.
